Residents at Canvas Valley Forge Lift Their Glasses and Their Voices
The Canvas Valley Forge team hosted a singalong of “America the Beautiful” for their residents while maintaining social distancing. Before the performance started, Director of Resident Services Diana Moyer donned personal protective equipment including a mask and gloves and hosted a mobile “Wine Down Wednesday” with her bar cart. The residents then all went to their balconies to sing “America the Beautiful.” The Bozzuto spirit will not be dampened. BDC Closes the Deal
Bozzuto Development Company (BDC) is celebrating an incredible collective effort with Bozzuto’s finance team as they recently closed on the construction financing for BDC’s next development project located in the heart of College Park, Maryland. This project establishes a partnership between Bozzuto, Terrapin Development Company, and Willard Retail. This new community is slated to include over 390 units and about 60,000 square feet of retail. Congratulations to the team for their hard work.
The definition of “home” has changed for many of us during these challenging times. It now includes a school, an office, a bakery and more. #BozzutoStaysHome, our new virtual program, brings communities together online, providing residents with a constant source of comfort and hope they can look forward to during this time of isolation. Join your neighbors virtually as we explore what sanctuary can be. Learn more about this exciting new program here.
Rising to Meet Challenges On-Site
Many Bozzuto Construction Company (BCC) job site teams are continuing to report to work to keep the sites open for six to seven days a week. Banding together as a team, they help make each other’s schedules flexible to account for kids at home and any other needs they may have. Kudos to the BCC teams for their extraordinary teamwork.

Bozzuto Birthday Greetings
“April 4, 2020 is the 32nd anniversary of the founding of our company. I am reminded of it daily because that date is inscribed on the back of a gold religious medal that my wife, Barbara, gave me to celebrate the company’s creation. I’ve worn it ever since. At a moment like this, as we celebrate our company’s birthday during a time of extraordinary medical and financial challenge, my medal gives me great comfort and continued belief in the company’s future. ” Read the rest of Chairman and Co-Founder Tom Bozzuto’s message here.
