Bozzuto recently broke ground on Democracy Lane, a new ground-up student housing community owned by Capstone Collegiate Communities. Bozzuto Construction will oversee this design/build project by working directly with the architect, Niles Bolton Associates. Located at George Mason University in Fairfax, VA, Democracy Lane will provide 267 housing units and offer students over 12,300 square feet of onsite amenities – including an outdoor pool, spa, fitness center, and study spaces – when it opens in 2022.…
