In April, Bozzuto Construction employees, family members, and clients virtually participated in the 10th Annual Red Shoe Shuffle 5K. The run, which is organized by the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Maryland, surpassed its $350K fundraising goal, bringing in over $420K—the most amount raised in the event’s history. Bozzuto Construction is proud to be ranked #21 on the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC) Top 25 Largest Builders List, which was released in April. The rankings are based on the number of multifamily units started in 2020. The Milton

Working alongside Kimco Realty and WDG Architects, Bozzuto is making impressive progress on the construction of The Milton, a ground-up residential tower in Arlington, VA. The new cast-in-place concrete high-rise is Phase II of the multi-phase Pentagon Centre redevelopment near Amazon’s National Landing Headquarters. The tower will offer 253 market-rate units, over 16,000 square feet of retail and a 121,417-square-foot below-grade parking garage when construction completes in early 2023.
